Good Afternoon, Jack and Lourdes!! This is from Fran Robertson and Suzie Noe, you did the estate sale at our Mom’s house a year ago. Just wanted to let you know that Mom’s house sold in December, to an older couple with disabilities. We both feel real good that it was sold to this couple, as it is a good house for people like them. We were there the end of November to do last-minute cleaning….that was the first time we were back since the sale. Just have to tell you that it was amazing to see everything sold, and the cupboards and everything empty. You did an absolutely monumental amount of work, and we will be forever grateful for everything you did. The house was in such good shape, no papers or anything left behind unless they were things we had WANTED left behind! So again, thank you. We do think of you often, and with love. Lordez Estate Sales and Online Auctions was God sent when it came to clearing out my Moms house. It was so overwhelming and trying to deal with the grief of Moms passing was more then I could handle.  Then I found out about Lourdes and her Estate Sales Company and that took all the weight off my shoulders.  Thank you Lourdes!

My sister and I were tasked with the emptying of our Mom and Dad’s house in Florida.  Mind you, we both live in Michigan….what to do?  Was advised by a friend to go online to find someone.  Wasn’t registered very long before I got a call from Lordez Estate Sales.  I explained what we needed to have done, she was very pleasant and understanding.  Met Lourdes and Jack on a trip to Florida specifically to find a good estate sale company.  I had made appointments to meet with other companies, but the first one was with Lordez Estate Sales.  My sister and I were immediately smitten!  There was such a strong bond of trust and honesty there.  We were concerned about having someone run an estate sale in Florida while we were in Michigan, we needn’t have worried!  We hired Lourdes and Jack, and not once did we have any second thoughts about the sales not being handled right.  She kept us updated on EVERY aspect of the sale, including photos and phone calls.  After the sale the proceeds were speedily sent to us, and the house is in tip-top after sale shape, clean and vacuumed.

Why did we go with Lordez Estate Sales?  The point that made the most impression to us was that they are in business for themselves, and every thing they do is a reflection on their character, their (extensive) knowledge and scrupulous honesty.  The other companies I’d looked at all wanted to send a ‘team’ out to do the sale.  A ‘team’ does NOT have the same dedication to a sale, it isn’t really their reputation on the line, but the company they work for.  I realized that the personal touch was what Lourdes brought.  We hired them on the first meeting, and then I cancelled all other appointments I had made to meet with other sales reps from other companies as we knew who we wanted!  Lordez Estate Sales terms were excellent, no money changing hands until AFTER the sale, hence, no money up front, which was helpful to us!

We live in Ohio, but had to arrange for the dispensation of the estate of a family member who’d recently passed away and lived in the North Central Florida region. I am in the process of moving. I had over 30 years of collections, household items, specialty items to sort through and sell. They came in, sorted the items, took pictures and put everything on an online auction for two weeks. My 84 yr old mom was downsizing. She was moving to an independent living apartment after living 15 years in a town home. Jack and Lourdes immediately made mom feel at ease with their empathy and concern. They literally took care of everything! We took what we wanted and left everything else behind for them to sort, organize and price. When the estate sale was over they did an amazing job immediately removing everything unsold for donation to charity.
